Hiding/Showing entries on the Course Menu Each Course Menu entry has a drop-down menu to the right of its name. A menu item is hidden if it has a square with slash next to it (1). Click on the drop-down menu (2) and choose "Show Link" or "Hide Link" (3) to Show or Hide that content link.

Accessing Student Preview To access the Student Preview mode in Blackboard, click on the Student Preview mode button at the top of the page, indicated by two curved arrows surrounding a dot.
In the Control Panel, click Packages and Utilities to expand this menu and click Bulk Delete. In the Select Content Materials to Delete section, select the check boxes for all of the materials within the course that you want to delete.

You can return to previous courses to review content, reuse material, and prepare your future courses. Your institution controls the page that appears after you log in. On the Courses page, you can access all of your courses.
On the Administrator Panel in the Courses section, select Courses. Search for a course. Select the check box for each course to delete. Select Delete.
Click on 'Details' at the top - this will take you to the course description page. In the 'Status' drop-down menu, you will see three options: Unlisted or Incomplete: both these options will make the course not show up to users browsing courses on Memrise.
To access the group area, click on the link on the Course Menu. Your instructor may also include a link to the group tool inside your course's content areas (i.e. Learning Modules, Content Folders, etc.). Once you are a member of one or more Groups, they will appear in a panel called My Groups under the Course Menu.
Remove user from the roster On the Roster page, access your preview user's menu. Select Edit member information to open the Member Information panel. Select the Remove Member icon to remove your preview user from your course.
Access Student Activity data from the Course Content page. Access an assessment's menu and select Student Activity. A panel with student activity information opens. You can't access Student Activity in an anonymously graded assessment's menu.
