Both you and your participants access your recordings under the Virtual Classroom menu on your Blackboard course. Open the Menu, and select Recordings. Recordings won’t be available immediately after the session as they can take a while to process, so if you check back an hour or two after your session, you should see it appear.

You can view recordings in courses you are enrolled in. You may be able to download recordings. Moderators must allow session recording downloads for each session. Go to Collaborate, open the Menu, and select Recordings or View all recordings.

You don't have to be enrolled in a course in order to join a Collaborate Ultra session. If you have a link to a session, you're all set. Just access the link on your mobile device, tap it, and the session will launch in your mobile web browser.
There are two ways you can use Collaborate Ultra in a Blackboard course. You can use the Course Room, which is an open Collaborate session dedicated to your course. There is more than one way to call into a Collaborate session: Attendees can call into the session using their personal dial-in information. From in the Collaborate Ultra session: If you have joined a session on a browser and want to use your phone for audio, open the Session menu, and select Use your phone for audio.
