Internet History and Cache Sometimes, this stored data can create problems for Blackboard users trying to login to the system. If you are experiencing “Session Already Running” errors or are unable to view certain web content, try clearing your Internet history and/or cache.
Android: Go to Settings > Apps > Blackboard or Instructor > Storage > Clear Data. Uninstall the Blackboard app or Blackboard Instructor app. Restart device.

If a user doesn't successfully log in during this period, their account is locked. Provide the number of minutes a user's account remains locked. The default setting is 360 minutes. If you enter 0, accounts will remain permanently locked unless an administrator manually unlocks them.
You may reset your password by selecting the Change Password on the Self-Service page. You may also visit the site directly by typing mypassword.waketech.edu in the URL. On the next page, enter all of the required information. Then, click the Submit button.
Open the link in your browser. Blackboard Collaborate is at the top of the screen. It mentions what session you are joining and there is a place for you to type your name. Select Join Session after typing your name.
