To share a content item with organization, click "Sharing" tab within "Sharing and Collaboration" popup. Pick a folder where you want to share content. You can share content within multiple folders. Shared content is available for everyone inside "All content" tab.
To add the audio to your Google sites page, you will need to use the embed code from H5P. To find it, go to the activity's page on H5P and click on “Embed” at the bottom. A window comes up with the embed code already selected.Mar 13, 2018
