The Genesee Intermediate Board of Education is comprised of five individuals elected to serve six-year terms. The body that elects intermediate school district board members consists of one member delegate from the board of education in each of the 21 constituent school districts.

Mid-Michigan Area Public Schools (MMAPS) is a consortium of Genesee and Lapeer county public school districts and Saginaw Township school district. With one application you have the ability to apply to all member districts.
