Students who are mathematically unable to regain SAP in one semester may be placed on “Probation on Appeal” with an academic plan. You will be evaluated every semester. If you do not meet the conditions of your academic plan, your financial aid will be suspended.
The amount of your NCLOT depends on your EFC and your enrollment status [full-time (12 or more credit hours), three- quarter time (9-11 credit hours), and half-time (6-8 credit hours)].
Curriculum courses at FTCC require foundational skills in reading, English and math. Unless applicants meet one of the test exemptions, the Reinforced Instruction for Student Excellence (RISE) test is required to evaluate any areas in which you need refresher help.
