Please visit the Student Affairs office to obtain a replacement card. To obtain your initial FSUCard, submit your card application and photo online at https://fsucard.fsu.edu/your-fsucard. Once approved, an email will be sent to your FSU email account with instructions on how to obtain your card.
The Office of Admissions must receive all of the information used to make an admission decision by the published deadlines. Students who complete an application and submit all supporting documents by November 1, 2021 will receive an admission decision online on February 17, 2022.

The minimum requirements for consideration include a 3.0 weighted academic GPA as recalculated by the Office of Admissions and either an ACT composite score of 19 or SAT total score of 990.
Applications submitted and completed after November 1st will receive admissions decisions on a rolling basis beginning in mid-April. Requiring an ACT or SAT test score for admissions consideration is not an institutional choice. FSU, along with Florida's 11 other public universities, is subject to Florida Board of Governors admissions regulation 6.002 which requires first-year students seeking admission to submit an ACT or SAT test score.
