Oct 24, 2018 · Question: Q: My files won’t open or download on my mac I have plenty of iCloud storage but when I try to open the file on my Mac from my desktop it acts as if it’s download but never does!! I have over 100 GB memory on iCloud and i freed up a bunch of space on Mac but still won’t download To use.

The most common blocking browser is Internet Explorer, and you may see a yellow bar at the top of the screen. You must allow the browser to download the file. Second, make sure that you have the correct software to open the file.
The problem occurs when you are using Safari on a Mac computer. You are able to login to myCommNet but when you click the link to Blackboard it requires an additional login. This is usually due to the browser not accepting cookies. You could workaround this by using a different browser such as Chrome.
