Designate Course for Export
Enter the course you’d like to Export by choosing it’s name on your My Courses list.
Generate the Course's Export Package
Set 'Course Files Default Directory' to Copy links and include copies of the files in the course default direcory.
Download the Export Package
After submitting, you will be returned to the Export/Archive page while the package is created. Click the Refresh to check if the Packaging process has finished.
If you have forgotten your current password or the first method is unsuccessful
Go to fairfield.edu/password (Please note that you do not have to type www. before the address).
If the above methods are unsuccessful
If you are unable to reset your password using one of the above methods, you will need to call or visit the Help Desk and a technician can perform a manual password reset. Please note that manual password resets can NOT be done through the ticketing system or chat.
