Open a course in Blackboard and navigate to the Control Panel. Click the Grade Center link. Open the Full Grade Center. After the Grade Center opens, mouse over Work Offline (far right) and select Download.
Export list of students from Blackboard Learn # Choose User Information Only (1) if you only need the list of students. Choose Tab (2) as Delimiter Type for easy export to Excel. Find your course groups My Groups panel: The My Groups panel appears after the course menu. You have direct links to the group area for each group you belong to. You can expand the panel to reveal the available group tools. If you're enrolled in a group, the panel appears automatically.
To access the group area, click on the link on the Course Menu. Your instructor may also include a link to the group tool inside your course's content areas (i.e. Learning Modules, Content Folders, etc.). Once you are a member of one or more Groups, they will appear in a panel called My Groups under the Course Menu.
