On the Control Panel, expand the Course Tools section and select Tests, Surveys, and Pools. On the Tests, Surveys, and Pools page, select Pools....Edit existing poolsOn the Pools page, access a pool's menu and select Edit.Add questions, delete questions, or change point values.Select OK to return to the Pools page.

From a student's submission, you can open a question's menu and select Edit/Regrade to make changes or give full credit to everyone.
In the Grade Center, access a test column's menu and select Grade Questions. On the Needs Grading page, access a test's menu and select Grade by Question. On the Grade Questions page, you can filter the questions by status: Graded, Needs Grading, or In Progress.

Deleting questions is as simple as selecting the question at the top (the 6 dots : : :), then click the trash can at the bottom to delete.
