The Course Management menu is located on the lower left menu bar on the Course Home Page. The course management menu provides instructors with tools to create, manage and modify the course. Files, Course Tools, Evaluation, Grade Center, Users and Groups, Customization, Packages and Utilities, and Help are available.
Go to Control Panel > Users and Groups > Users Hover over the username of the relevant user. From the contextual menu, select Change User's Availability in Course. Change Available (this course only) from Yes to No. Press Submit to save the change.Jul 31, 2018

Courses may not appear in the My Courses module in Blackboard for a few reasons: The instructor has not yet published the course for student view (most common reason). The student has not yet successfully registered and paid for the course. There may be an issue with the student's enrollment.
