Faculty - Bulk Change Categories in the Blackboard Grade Center

  1. Put your mouse over the Manage tab until a pop-up window appears. Then click Column Organization.
  2. Scroll down until you see your Grade Center columns.
  3. Check the box next to the assessments you want to change Categories to. ...
  4. Click the Category you wish to change it to.
  5. Click Submit when you are finished.

Edit a Category
You can edit or delete a category you have made by using the drop-down menu next to the category name. Note that the circle-arrow to the right of the category name will not appear until you move your mouse over the category name. (Default Categories will not have this menu.)
