Open a course in Blackboard and navigate to the Control Panel. In the Grade Center section, open the Full Grade Center. After the Grade Center opens, click Work Offline (far right) and select Download. The Download Grades screen will appear.

Navigate to where the test you wish to export/print is located. Click on the chevron (drop-down menu), to the right of the test name, and select Edit Test Options. Scroll all the way to the bottom and select All at Once and click Save.
Click on the down arrow next to the student's score. Click on the student's attempt. Click on Test Information to expand the test attempt and score details. Right click anywhere in the student attempt screen and select Print.
Access the menu for a test, survey, or pool and select Export. Select OK in the pop-up window to save the file.
Option II. Downloading a File from Content CollectionGo to Control Panel.Click Content Collection.Click the Course link (the first link).Click on the grey-action link beside the file to be downloaded.Select Download Package.Click Save in the pop up dialog box. The file will be downloaded to the selected folder.
Students simply click the chevron next to the submitted file in the grading panel and choose the Download Annotated PDF option when viewing their attempt accessed from My Grades. Once the option to Download Annotated PDF has been selected follow the browser prompts to save the file.Jan 3, 2019
