May 09, 2008 · The cutoff scores for Leadership are: Level 1 61.7%. Level 2 71.7%. Level 3 81.7%. I got a 65.7% on the practice, and got a 78.3% on the real test. In my experience, the practice tests are not quite the same and I almost always score higher or significantly higher on the real test.
