Jan 15, 2018 · I bought this chalk so that my boys (5 and 3) could create using something other than crayons, markers, and colored pencils. They tried using wet chalk to draw on black paper at the Children's Museum and enjoyed the experience. This chalk does exactly what we expected it to do. The colors are vibrant and don't create a mess.

Do NOT use dustless chalk! This will not season your chalkboard correctly. Place the chalk on its side to cover the entire board more quickly and effectively. If you are covering a large area like a wall try using sidewalk chalk, it will cover the surface area more quickly and work just as well.

take a piece of chalk and hold it lengthwise to the board and go all over the board with it...then wipe it off as usual with a eraser or dry paper towel. You might have to do this a couple of times. Hope this helps. I actually went to lowes and bought chalkboard paint.Jan 1, 2007
