Incomplete is calculated as an F for GPA purposes. After all that, it is up to the student to complete the assignments. If the incomplete grade is not changed within the agreed time period, it will automatically be changed to a grade of F.
This means the student has failed the course and will not earn credit. Most students who ask for an incomplete usually have encountered an emergency or an unplanned situation that has or will keep them from completing the class.
Explain why you are requesting the incomplete. Be specific about the nature of your circumstances. In the “Completed Work” section, type in all of the assignments you have completed in the course, your grade on each of those assignments and the percentage of the total course grade each assignment fulfills.
To view grades for all of your courses, select the arrow next to your name in the upper-right corner. In the menu, select My Grades. You can sort your grades by All Courses or Last Graded.
