ID Number: Your Student ID Number is a nine-digit number beginning with '010' that was given to you when you were admitted to CNM. It is also printed on the back of your student ID card. Enter all digits including leading zeros. If you do not know your ID number, please go to Student Services with a photo ID.
Enroll in the prerequisite course at CNM. Complete it with a passing grade of "C" or higher. If you have completed an equal level course at another regionally accredited college with a “C” or higher, it might meet the prerequisite requirement.

Students who wish to withdraw completely from CNM must officially drop all their classes. Classes can be dropped in many ways; Online: Please view the Registration Guidelines for a step by step instruction on how to drop classes online. Over the phone: Call 224-3160 to speak to a Records & Registration specialist.
Send your saved form to [email protected], from your CNM email address, prior to the associated deadline to withdraw, register, or change your grade mode. Sending this form from your student email address will count as your official signature.
