Click on Test Information, then click on the Clear Attempt button. A dialog box will then appear asking you to confirm the removal of the attempt. The student's attempt will now be cleared. You will automatically be taken to the next student's attempt. Click Exit to return to the Grade Center. Note: Cleared attempts cannot be recovered.

You can do this in Full Grade Center. In the Grade Center, locate the student and the quiz score that you are going to reset.
