To submit a paper to a Turnitin assignment in Blackboard, the user must log in and upload a file to an existing assignment. Turnitin assignments cannot accept student submissions until the assignment start date and time has passed.
From the Course Tools drop-down menu, select Turnitin Assignments. This will show all assignments associated with this course. Select the assignment to view its Assignment Inbox. This allows you to view the papers that have been submitted to the assignment.
