By Phone

All calls are directed to the Blackboard Student Services support team. During business hours, if they cannot resolve an issue, the call will be escalated to a member of the ITG. For off hour calls that require escalation, a ticket will be created on behalf of the caller.

Generates a ticket to be handled directly by the ITG with a response to the requestor within one business day.
