Try clearing your browser cache, and reloading the session. Restart your computer. Try using Firefox instead of Chrome. Try dialling into the session using your phone.
There are two basic problems with your school WiFi. There are too many people trying to download too much stuff at the same time and there is not enough bandwidth available.
