Make sure that the drivers for your audio card are properly installed. Also, and I know this sounds stupid, but make sure that your headphones are properly plugged in to the headphone jack, not the mic etc. If that still won't work, check the bios to make sure that your audio card is properly initialized.Oct 29, 2015

You will also see the red permissions symbol in the top right hand corner of the browser address bar. Step 2: To enable these permissions, click on the padlock icon inside the address bar. Step 3: Click on the drop down box for both Camera and Microphone. Change to Allow.
