Groups page link: The Groups page link appears on the course menu or in a content area. To access the group area, click on the link on the Course Menu. Your instructor may also include a link to the group tool inside your course's content areas (i.e. Learning Modules, Content Folders, etc.). Once you are a member of one or more Groups, they will appear in a panel called My Groups under the Course Menu.

Groups usually consist of a small number of students for study groups or projects. These groups have their own collaboration areas in the course so that they can communicate and share files. Your instructor places you in a group or allows you to select the group you want to join.
Group work. Instructors can create group assignments, tests, and discussions where you can collaborate with other students. Your instructors can also create course groups that are listed in the Details & Actions panel. Your instructor can enroll you in groups or ask you to join groups.
The chat function in Collaborate Ultra allows for everyone in the room to communicate at any time with everyone else in the room. Moderators can utilize this function to allow others to ask questions during the presentation or to share information during the session.
Moderators will be able to monitor a classroom chat panel where everyone in the class has the opportunity to ask questions or contribute to the class.
On the Control Panel, under Users and Groups, select Groups. Alternatively, you can use the Groups Page link on the Course Menu, if you have made it available.
On the Groups listing page, select the Group to view. Alternatively, click the Group’s Action Link and select Open.
