Jan 07, 2022 · Blackboard is Western's online learning system, and it's where you'll find all the information, materials, and assignments for your classes. The login screen is pictured at right. The Blackboard website is https://blackboard.westerntc.edu/ or you can find the link under the " Current Students " area of Western's website.
If you're new to Western, you may hear people talking about Blackboard but not know what they mean.
You'll have to log in using your student ID number and your MyWestern password.
Students who are new to Western will be assigned to the " Student Readiness Training " course in Blackboard. This course is designed to help you get familiar with the Blackboard tools and skills you will need to access course materials, download and save files, use the discussion board, and submit your assignments.
