Tests in Blackboard may be set to close automatically when the time limit is reached. If not, be aware that exceeding the time limit may result in a grade of zero for the test.

Absences for Religious Observances North Carolina law requires that students be permitted at least two excused absences per year for these purposes. Wake Tech students are allowed two class days of excused absences per academic year for religious observances.
A student may enroll in the same course up to three times during his or her academic career; some courses allow fewer retakes. If you try to register to retake a course, you may see an error message in Self-Service, similar to this message: Course has been taken 2 time(s). 2 allowed.

You are allowed to miss 10% of total class time for emergencies. As soon as you know that you will miss a class, contact your instructor to get assignments. One advantage to zipping files is for the purpose of storage and organization.
