Chalkboard vinyl is just what the name implies. It is designed to be used as a chalkboard. However it does not really work all that well with regular chalk. We do have our Bistro Chalkboard Markers that work exceptionally well with it. These markers are waterbased and clean off nice and easy with a damp cloth.

The product I came to these reviews through was Cricut stencil vinyl. It is not regular vinyl that you use to leave permanently on products. It is a translucent light blue, thicker vinyl, with a grid on it and is sticky on the back. It is used to make stencils, not to be used as actual vinyl to be left on products.
You can never go wrong with liquid chalk markers and chalkboard vinyl decor. Plus, you can just wipe the surface clean if you make a mistake or want to try a different design.Jul 21, 2017
