Blackboard Learn is UTSA's Learning Management system. It allows you to post your course materials online, engage students, assess outcomes, and promote collaboration.

Canvas is utilized in a vast array of schools including community colleges such as Alamo Colleges to all the Ivy League schools excluding Princeton. There are exemptions that may allow a student to drop a course without having it count against the six-drop limit, but it is the student's responsibility to demonstrate good cause. A Student Petition for a Course Drop Exemption to the Six-Drop Policy form may be obtained from the student's assigned academic advisor.

University of Texas offers students an abundance of possibilities, but if a student is looking for a large, party-crazed school, UTSA is not the proper location. University of Texas is a relatively small campus where we take education very seriously. Those who are more concerned with prestige should not attend UTSA.
The Roadrunners compete in the NCAA Division I Conference USA in 17 varsity sports. UTSA is San Antonio's only institution that competes in Division I FBS. UTSA joined the Western Athletic Conference on July 1, 2012.
