If you've created an assignment, but students are not able to submit work to it, then likely either a prior date has been entered into the "available until" field, or the Submission Type is set to "No Submission".
The default size limit for content uploaded through the user interface is 2500 MB. When attempting to upload files larger than 2500 MB using the interface, users will receive an error.
