Blackboard is UofT's institutionally supported learning management system (LMS) and Student Portal. Blackboard is integrated with ROSI (UofT’s student information system) and is a full-featured LMS with an advanced content system, a variety of student communication tools, and easy-to-use course administration features.

You can log into Blackboard at https://blackboard.utdl.edu or via the myUT portal at https://myut.utoledo.edu. After entering the portal, click on Blackboard in the UT Online panel. Please call 419.530.8835 or 1.866.886.5336 if you have any difficulty.
Students, if you are unable to login to Blackboard even though you can login to myUT Portal, please change your password at https://myutaccount.utoledo.edu. Passwords are set to expire every six months. Access to Blackboard may be denied when you attempt to use a password that is about to expire.
Students may use Canvas to (depending on how the professor sets up the course): 1 Access content and assessments, important updates and announcements for courses. 2 Contact instructors or classmates via the messages tool or other communication tools. 3 Participate in discussion boards, group assignments, journals, blogs and wikis. 4 Additional Canvas Resources for students can be found on the Teaching and Learning Website.
