Nov 16, 2016 · Log onto Blackboard and click on the courses tab.. Click on Course Content in the left navigation. In the main section of the Screen, click or just hover over Build Content and choose > Item. Name your Item and scroll down to Attachments. Click Browse Course, then Upload>Upload Files. Click Choose File and navigate to your-video-file.html.
