When you are connected to the teleconference, the word Teleconferencing... appears at the bottom of the panel. The Use Telephone for Audio icon in the title bar changes to the Use Microphone and Speakers for Audio icon. When you use the telephony feature, your Talk function is disabled.

Join Collaborate from a phone Up to 25 attendees can call into a session from the phone. If the maximum number of dial-in attendees has been reached, nobody else can call in. There is more than one way to call into a Collaborate session with dial-in available.

Call into a Collaborate Session using telephone audio and a computer. If your attendees have joined a session on a browser and want to use a telephone for audio, open the Session menu and select 'Use your phone for audio'. Call the number listed on screen, and enter your unique personal identification number (PIN).
Blackboard Collaborate is free for all staff to use, and there is no restriction on the maximum number of sessions that can be run at any one time.

Sign up to join a course group Based on your instructor's settings, you might see the names of other group members. On the Groups page, select Sign Up or View Sign-up Sheet to Join a Group. When you select Sign Up again on the Sign Up Sheet page, you're automatically added to the group.

Blackboard Collaborate mobile web conferencing allows users of Blackboard Collaborate web conferencing to connect to their sessions on the Apple iPad, iPod Touch, or iPhone devices. You can do these things with the app. View the Whiteboard. View an Application on another user's desktop.
Click a Play button associated with your recording. Play button in the Blackboard Collaborate column. Play button in the Audio (MP3) or Video (MP4) column. The recording will open up in the embedded media player embedded.
