You have to log in directly to Blackboard Learn by going to https://elearning. uh . edu or clicking on the white Blackboard Learn button above.
Blackboard is the Learning Management System (LMS) supported by the University of Houston. "Learn" is the version of Blackboard currently in use at UH /UHCOP. All academic courses at the college employ Blackboard as an adjunct to face-to-face learning. Students today rely on anytime-anywhere access to course materials.
You can get an identification card at the One Card Office in room 279 University Center on main campus. You can enter your 7-digit PeopleSoft ID number. You can enter your 9-digit social security number.
You can also change your password from your Profile page. Go to your profile and select Change Password. On the Change Password panel, type your old password and your new password. Select Save when you're finished.

Go to www.clevelandstatecc.edu and click on CougarNet at the top of the screen. Click on “What's My Username” at the bottom of the login screen. Use the “N” number (provided in your acceptance letter) and last name to find out what your username is. Your “N” number is considered your Student ID number (Ex: N00#####).

If you don't know your email address, you can find out by doing a search for yourself at http://www. uh . edu/directory or by logging into your myUH (Peoplesoft) account and going to UH Self Service. Click on Campus Personal Information and then Email Addresses.
Your PeopleSoft ID number (i.e. Student ID number) is a 7-digit number that identifies you in the University of Pittsburgh records system. You can find your PeopleSoft ID number via your Student Center in your my.pitt.edu account or on the bottom right-hand corner of your Pitt Student ID.

User accounts are locked by multiple incorrect sign in attempts. You can set accounts to automatically unlock after the amount of time you set. From Site Manager select USERS & GROUPS.
