Upload local files while creating content. When you create content in your course, you can browse for a file on your computer and link to it. Files you upload with the Browse My Computer function are saved in the top-level folder in Course Files. You don't have the option to select a different folder when you upload a file.
Add a content package. Access a content area or folder. Point to Build Content and select Content Package (SCORM).; On the Add Content Package page, attach a file that conforms to the required standards. Select Browse My Computer to upload a file from your computer. You can also upload a file from the course's storage repository: Course Files or the Content Collection.

Applicable content types. The Move Files tool moves all files attached to course content areas to the Course Files folder. Included are files originally uploaded to your course with the Attach File option, as well as files attached with the editor. These lists include the files that are moved and not moved with the tool.

There are problems with adding attachments to student email or uploading files in Blackboard with the internet browsers Edge, Internet Explorer, and Safari. Copy a file or folder In the Content Collection, go to the folder that contains the file or folder you want to copy. Select the check box next to the item and select Copy. You can also access the Copy option in the item's menu.
It does not record how many times any file attachments to the item have been downloaded and opened. It will not tell you that a student has read the content of the item nor any attachments.
A content module is a collection of highly cohesive content types.
Content areas, such as Users, Courses, Institution, and Library, are folders stored under the root folder. A folder is automatically available to the user who created it, and may also be visible to other users if you create it in the course area.
Try clearing your browser cache, and reloading the session. Restart your computer. Try using Firefox instead of Chrome. Try dialling into the session using your phone.
The default size limit for content uploaded through the user interface is 2500 MB. When attempting to upload files larger than 2500 MB using the interface, users will receive an error.
