As far as I know, no, it doesn't record if a student took a screen shot or not. The best way to confirm this is to contact Canvas Support and see what they have to say. You can do this by going to the quiz log in question and then clicking on the Help link (bottom left) and Report a Problem.

I am pretty sure there is no screenshot detection. I haven't used it a ton, but I did a lot of exploring in the settings. I've also noticed from my in person kids that they prefer to take pictures on their phone of the screen, which nothing will detect (I encourage them to screenshot during my lessons).Apr 26, 2021
