I keep randomly hearing the BABABOOEY sound effect on my laptop

Random BABABOOEY sound effects, sometime it gets a bit stuck like bababababa booey. Sometimes it goes slow and really slowly fades out like a bad echo. I don't know what to do about it and it freaks me out makes me think I have a virus.

Can I use 1920x1080 on a 3840x2160 monitor without scaling?

My laptop uses 3840x2160 as recommended resolution, but when I swtich to 1920x1080, the screen size reduces as a tiny window into the monitor. Is there a way to use 1920x1080 as fullscreen? I work with solidworks and use it in 4k is a bit heavy.

I had bought a Gaming computer from a pawn shop for $200 and it worked perfectly so like an idiot I formatted my computer with local windows 10 reinstall because I wanted a fresh start and somewhere along the line everything got messed up.

When iPhone wakes there's a few milliseconds where I see the mic in use icon

Is there anyway to find out what is using the mic? I have the settings tweaked down to nothing allowed to use it, but when my phone sits for a long period and I wake it up I instantly see the orange mic in use icon at the top right. It goes away an instant later and I cannot see which app was using it.

PC wakes itself from sleep mode, but peripherals do not reboot. Only hard reset with power button resolves it. (Win 10)

Lately I've gotten in the habit of using sleep mode instead of full shutdowns at night. Most of the time, it's just fine. But sometimes, totally randomly, my PC lights back up, fans start spinning, etc. But my monitor, mouse, keyboard are all still asleep. So, I can't even click anything to put it back to sleep.

CPU Cooler Not Detected

I am trying to install a new CPU cooler I bought after upgrading to a hotter CPU. My PC is HP Compaq dc5800. Before this there was a 4-pin front chassis fan that mainly worked as an intake fan for the case. It was connected to a spot where it says CHFAN under it.
