Try clearing your browser cache, and reloading the session. Restart your computer. Try using Firefox instead of Chrome. Try dialling into the session using your phone.
To make a PowerPoint presentation available to students on your Blackboard site, it is recommended that it be uploaded as an HTML/Web file that can open within the Blackboard window.
Click on the Share Content tab and then select Share Application/Screen. Your PowerPoint presentation will appear in the main content window in your Blackboard Collaborate session. You can now go back to the window with your PowerPoint presentation running in it and start presenting.
