chrome://plugins is deprecated in Chrome 57. Only Flash and the PDF Viewer can be controlled via the Chrome Settings. All other plugins cannot be controlled anymore by the user. Disable plugins like Flash or Widevine are re-enabled in Chrome 56 after restarts.Jan 29, 2017
Try clearing your browser cache, and reloading the session. Restart your computer. Try using Firefox instead of Chrome. Try dialling into the session using your phone.
