This website is a scam. $70 to essentially give them your personal information and possibly steal your identity. Not a true passport ************ and definitely not safe.

Remember, passport fraud is only one type of identity theft. There are several others. One method used to commit passport fraud is the altering of support documents such as birth certificates in order to apply for the travel document. Another method is to assume the identity of a deceased person.

Not much unless you have access to some pretty specific databases. Even then, you might be able to find out where I last entered a country and not much else. You need a lot more information to commit identity theft or fraud.
