Students can still access and submit the assignment after the due date passes, but any submission arriving after the due date will be marked “Late” in the grading interface. The time window for the student to actually view and submit the assignment is controlled by the “Limit Availability” settings.
Log into Blackboard and go to My Courses.If the course code still appears in your list, then you can download your past assessment or assignment from the My Interim Results tab.If it is not in your list, contact the Course Coordinator to check if they have a copy filed.
Late work. After the due date has passed and you open an assignment, you're alerted that your submission will be marked late. You can view the alert in the Details & Information panel, on the assignment page, and in the submit confirmation window.
The Due Dates feature lets you know about upcoming coursework. Course items show in Due Dates only if your instructor specified due dates for them.

To view grades for all of your courses, select the arrow next to your name in the upper-right corner. In the menu, select My Grades. You can sort your grades by All Courses or Last Graded.
As we have noted, even a one-minute late submission is subject to a 10% penalty. This is automatic for all assignments submitted through Turnitin. This is undeniably frustrating because a 10% penalty is a heavy price to pay for just being a minute late.Jul 30, 2020
To enable late submissions, use the Allow submissions after the due date? option and select yes. The default setting is no. When enabled, students will be able to submit papers after the due date and time has passed as long as that student has not already submitted a paper to the assignment.
