Blackboard Help provides support and guidance for educators from K-12 to higher education and professional education. The site lets you easily find help by product—and helps you find which product your school uses.
Blackboard’s Learning Services & Training team can support your training needs by ensuring that your faculty and staff have the skills to maximize their use of the technology in which you’ve invested. We offer online and onsite training courses with content for all of our platforms.
Behind the Blackboard provides product support and reference materials, software downloads, known issues, and allows you to manage your account. The site also serves as a supplement to your primary campus helpdesk.
North Carolina Central University (NCCU) Information Technology Services (ITS), in collaboration with the campus community, provides technological solutions and services for students, faculty, staff, and constituents in support of the NCCU mission and strategic plan.
ITS provides numerous technology resources to support learning, teaching and working remotely.
Last year, NCCU’s Information Technology Services division distributed over 200 loaner Chromebooks and laptops to our students, and we had more students who had needs we were unable to meet.
