The company was going through a huge overhaul when I came on and that made everything and everyone's job seemingly up in the air. It's hard to come in daily and wonder if your team will still be there the next day.

This is a fast moving company with many opportunities to grow your career and great benefits. Leadership is smart and easy to approach. Communicating is welcomed.

Fun place to work but understood there was a job to be done

I enjoyed coming to work everyday at Blackboard. My manager embraced me from the beginning which developed into a great working relationship. And rest of the team were always a phone call or text away. No two days were the same and there was always a chance to learn something new - either about the product or career-wise.
