In Fall 2017, at the request of the VP of Information Technology, Chris Manriquez, the California State University Dominguez Hills (CSUDH) Academic Technology Committee was tasked with the review and assessment of three market-leading learning management systems (LMS).
CSUDH Selects Blackboard Learn Ultra as New Learning Management System
In May 2019, the Academic Technology Steering Committee, selected Blackboard Ultra as its LMS of choice. With cost being an important consideration in the review process, Blackboard announced a licensing agreement with the California State University (CSU) that significantly reduced the campus cost per student than its current CSU contract.
