Click on View Grade Details.Click Ignore Attempt OR Clear Attempt.If you choose Ignore Attempt, you have the option to revert the action. Just click Do Not Ignore Attempt.If you choose to Clear Attempt, a warning box will appear asking you to confirm the action. This action is final.
c. Click on the Ignore Attempt button to ignore a student's attempt. When choosing Ignore Attempt, student will be able to submit the assignment or test again; however, unlike Clear Attempt, his/her previous attempt will be kept in case you need it in the future.

Overall grade. In the Gradable Items list or student grid view, you can set up the overall grade. The overall grade is a calculated item that you build to show students a running tally of all the items that you grade and post. Select Set it up to create a gradebook column for the overall grade.
On the Grade Details page, you can view a student's attempts and grade history, assign and edit a grade, and clear and exempt grades.
Select the Submissions link to begin grading. On the Submissions page, select student names to access their individual submissions and the rubric. On the student's submission page, the grade pill displays a rubric icon. Select the grade pill to open the rubric in a panel next to the student's work.
