In an item's row, select the date or edit icon to change the date. Select one, multiple, or all items in the list and select Adjust Dates to batch adjust dates. In the panel that opens at the bottom of the page, you can indicate how many days the selected items' dates should be moved by.

You can edit multiple assignment dates at the same time by selecting multiple assignments. To select all assignments that fall within a date range, type dates into the date range fields [1] or select dates using the calendar icon [2]. To select all assignments, click the Select All checkbox [3].
Click the Edit button in the upper right of the screen to enter into that assignment's settings. Scroll down on the Assignment Settings page until you reach the Assign menu. This menu allows you to adjust availability settings and the due date(s) for the assignment in question.
