Upon receiving an enrollment card, the Airman's unit training manager will provide the CDC briefing to the Airman and supervisor. With the supervisor present, the Airman will access the course. ACSC DL 6.0 is a rigorous program and requires a significant investment of time and attention to complete. However, CCAF degrees aren't just valuable in the civilian sector; they are equally as important during your service in the Air Force. For those with dreams of making the top two enlisted ranks, a CCAF degree is absolutely imperative.
CCAF requires courses from 5 general education areas: Oral Communication, Written Communication, Mathematics, Social Sciences, and Humanities. CCA offers the following classes, which are applicable toward your CCAF degree.
Active duty personnel can pursue voluntary, off-duty educational opportunities with assistance from the Air Force Tuition Assistance (TA) program. Currently, the program pays 100 percent (up to $250 per semester hour or equivalent) of the cost of college tuition with a limit of $4,500 per fiscal year.
