Good place to work, Blackboard value their employees at its best and the perks from the company is also good compared to other companies which i worked with.
Great job for work at home The first few days will be rough, but support and management are there to help you. On the note of management, this is by far the best management I've ever had. Every supervisor is super encouraging, and if you want to advance, they will provide the opportunity.
Great opportunity for: job experience, independent work, remote work (no commute), and they supply all necessary equipment and training (3-4 weeks paid). You may provide support through phone or chat upon start and throughout your tenture will be able to do the same through chat and/or email (varies on the department).

1. Unprofessional 2. Micro Management 3. Will hire relatives and interview is just eye wash 4. Some of the managers and lead have no engineering experience this leads to worst planning for the project.
Micro management in team level. They keeps asking the status of the work. Push to work after office hours daily.
Ample opportunities to learn, if you are open to it. Good culture. The leadership listens to feedback and responds promptly. Decent work-life balance. Freedom is given to people to make decisions and explain their point of view.
