Note: ICT do not directly support the use of the Blackboard apps and we are unable to resolve errors encountered in the apps. If you cannot resolve the issue from the support links above then we recommend that you open Blackboard in a web browser instead of the app version. If your issues persist then please contact the Service Desk.
You MUST update your course view in BBL so that your courses are listed BY TERM. If you do not do this it will be impossible to know which are 2019-20 or 2020-21 courses. It will only need to be done once.

The textural part of submissions should be electronically readable for plagiarism checks (no scanned text documents are allowed).
Blackboard Ally focuses on making digital content in Blackboard Learn more accessible for all staff and students. It assesses the accessibility of content and provides a report with guidance for instructors to improve course accessibility.
Blackboard Ally is only enabled on courses that have opted-in to use it. If you are interested in adopting Ally for a course, then please raise a request via your Ed-tech team.
Blackboard Ally measures the accessibility of each file present in a course and displays an Accessibility Score icon that can only be viewed by Course Admins or Course Teachers. This can include files that are uploaded as attachments or files that are embedded within the course content, such as images.
