Canva upload errors happen because your image file is larger than 25mg, your image file is in the wrong format, your computer is offline, you're logged out, or Canva is down. As long as the Canva website is working, most designers can fix upload errors on their own.
Is this on a web site? If so, that normally means the image isn't available on the server or maybe in a format that the browser cannot display. You could try ctrl-clicking and download or open in new tab. This is on Canvas by Instructure, many colleges use it.May 4, 2020
