To Bulk Delete Course Information: In the Control Panel, click Packages and Utilities to expand this menu and click Bulk Delete. In the Select Content Materials to Delete section, select the check boxes for all of the materials within the course that you want to delete.

Making Courses Unavailable in Blackboard This just means that they are unavailable to the students; you still have access. If you should need to make the course available again, you can make those courses unavailable to students by going into the Control Panel of the course. for past courses.
If you no longer need a group, open the group's menu and select Delete group. The students in that group are unassigned automatically and appear at the top of the page.
When you are finished with a course and no longer wish to view it in your course list, you can remove it from the My Courses section on the Welcome to Learn page or the Courses tab in Blackboard. Hover the mouse over the My Courses bar on the right hand side, and click on the My Courses gear button.

Access the Content Collection for your course. There are two options to do so:#N#Enter your course and scroll down to the Control Panel. Select Content Collection and click on your Course ID.#N#Select the Content Collection tab at the top of your Blackboard home page. Once all the video files have been removed from your courses, check your personal Content Collection folder and follow the above process to remove any video files stored there.

Sometimes the content is permanently removed from the system. When you delete a content container, you permanently remove it .
When you enable review status for an item, you can check who has reviewed the item, and you can use review status as adaptive release criteria. Students can use review status to keep track of their progress.
Metadata stores information about a content item, including bibliographic, lifecycle, and copyright information. With metadata, you can import content from and export content to other applications that use IMS (Instructional Management Systems) standards, creating interoperability for learning content.
To copy and move between two courses, you must be enrolled in both courses. Copying a content container doesn't remove it from the original location in your course.
